Responsible SaaS use for Gmail outreach and file utilities
MMBS is built for legitimate outreach, workflow automation, and browser-based utility processing. Abuse, spam, phishing, and illegal automation are not allowed.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MMBS, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website, extension, Gmail integration, dashboard, or utility tools.
SaaS Usage
MMBS provides Gmail mail merge features, campaign preparation tools, tracking views, scheduling support, and browser utilities. The service may change as features are improved, removed, limited, or expanded.
Gmail Integration
MMBS may connect to Gmail through Google OAuth and Gmail API permissions. You authorize MMBS to use granted access only for MMBS features you choose, such as connection status, authorized sending, campaign preparation, and related outreach functionality.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, consent basis, and compliance status of your recipients, messages, files, campaign settings, and account usage. You must follow Gmail, Google, email, privacy, anti-spam, and applicable legal requirements.
Anti-spam Policy
MMBS must not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive outreach, harassment, or messages that violate consent, unsubscribe, sender identity, or anti-spam rules.
Send only to recipients you are allowed to contact, use truthful sender and message content, honor opt-outs, and avoid misleading subject lines or impersonation.
Prohibited Usage
You may not use MMBS for:
- Spam, phishing, credential theft, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive campaigns.
- Illegal automation, unauthorized scraping, malware distribution, or abusive account activity.
- Harassment, threats, unlawful content, or campaigns that violate platform rules.
- Bypassing Gmail, Google, browser, server, rate limit, security, or abuse-prevention systems.
- Uploading or processing files you do not have the right to use.
Utilities Usage
The Email Intelligence Toolkit, PDF Intelligence Suite, and Image Toolkit are provided for legitimate productivity and preparation workflows. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
PDF/Image Processing Disclaimer
PDF and image tools may process files client-side where applicable or use server-assisted processing for selected features. Output quality depends on browser support, file format, file condition, and selected settings. MMBS does not guarantee perfect conversion, extraction, compression, OCR, or rendering results.
Limitation of Liability
MMBS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MMBS and its creator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, deliverability issues, account restrictions, or campaign outcomes.
Account Access
You are responsible for your Google account, Gmail account, browser profile, connected OAuth permissions, and any activity performed through your access. You may revoke Google access through your Google account security settings.
Changes to Services
MMBS may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features, APIs, utilities, integrations, or documentation at any time to improve reliability, security, compliance, or product quality.
